I began my career at CDA 23 years ago as a dental assistant and I have been the business office manager since 2006. I am blessed to have a job that I love and to work with people that truly care about our patients.
I enjoy spending “girl time” with my beautiful daughter Amy, trying new adventures with friends and travelling with family to the Georgia Mountains.
Barry, Patient Coordinator
I am originally from New York but I have lived in Florida since 1978. I started out as a patient at CDA but then in 2008 I began working here at the front desk for Dr. Allen.
Outside of work I really enjoy travelling, going to the beach, going hiking, music and movies. I am enjoying fulfilling my “bucket list” which is to visit all of the National Parks and Monuments in the United States.

I was born and raised in St. Petersburg. I started working for an orthodontist part time when I was 15 years old, and I have continued to work in the dental field ever since. I have worked at CDA for just over a year and I have been warmly welcomed as one of the newest members of the CDA family. Working with Dr. Hayslett has been a joy; he is a very giving and humble person.
When I am not at work I spend most of my free time with my two beautiful children, Adriana and Caleb. I love to take them to the park and local museums

I am the newest member to this wonderful team. Having 12 years’ experience in the dental field allows me to effectively address patient’s needs. I look forward to many years at Clearwater Dental Associates.

I am a 4th generation Florida native and a graduate of Clearwater High School. I have grown up at CDA; my mom, Lisa has been a dental assistant at the office since 1978. I have been an official employee for several years now and I feel honored and privileged to be a part of a great team!
When I’m not at work I love fishing, boating and traveling!
Donna, Dr.Hayslett’s Assistant
I have been Dr. Hayslett’s assistant for 15 years and I have worked in dentistry for 30 years. I am a long time resident of this area and a graduate of Largo High School. I love working with Dr. Hayslett. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is being able to assist Dr. Hayslett when he volunteers at the Community Dental Clinic; the patients he treats there are so thankful for the care he gives them.
Outside of work I enjoy decorating my townhouse, relaxing at the beach and spending time with my family.
Shadi, Registered Dental Hygienist
I have been a hygienist for 14 years. I graduated from St. Petersburg College and I have worked at CDA since 2001. In my spare time I enjoy working out at the gym. I also enjoy travelling with my friends and spending time with my family.

Caring for our patients at CDA is a privilege and a blessing to me. As a graduate of The Ohio State University my goal is to educate and encourage our patients to achieve and maintain excellent oral health for a lifetime.
I enjoy biking, bible studies, boating, our cats and dogs and spending time with family; especially our first grandson!

I have been a hygienist for 30 years. I am a graduate of Clearwater High School and St. Petersburg College. I have worked at CDA for 28 years!! I have two grown children and I love my crazy house with 2 dogs, 2 cats, a lovebird and a grand-dog that visits frequently. When I’m not at work I enjoy going to the beach, working out at the gym, bike riding and watching football.

I am originally from Brazil. I met my husband in Boston and we moved to Florida in 2005. I have been at CDA since 2006. I am proud to be a part of the staff of CDA; patient satisfaction is extremely important to all of us. Our team strives to create a pleasant work environment and excellent patient care is our main goal.
In our free time my husband and I enjoy outdoor activities like bike riding and hiking. Our favorite sport is Karate; we love it! We also like to read really good books!
Ellen, Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist with over 30 years of dental experience. As a health care professional I believe in lifelong learning, and I decided to broaden my knowledge within the health field and I earned a degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2012.
I am a native of Long Island, New York; I graduated from high school as a Certified Dental Assistant then continued my education at Onondaga Community College earning my Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. To fulfill my passion for teaching, I continued my education at the University of St. Francis and earned a baccalaureate degree. Since 2005 I have been an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Hillsborough Community College.
In my free time I enjoy boating with my family and friends. I also enjoy biking, taking spin classes, doing yoga and quiet time reading a good novel!
Lisa: Dr. Hayslett’s Assistant
I have been a dental assistant since 1973 and I have worked at CDA since 1978. I started as a dental assistant for Dr. Allen and in 1985 I began working for Dr. Hayslett. I love working for Dr. Hayslett and I have established many great relationships with our patients.
When I am not at work I am out enjoying the Florida lifestyle. I am an avid boater and I love to fish. I go on international fishing trips in pursuit of the sailfish world record!

I have been working at CDA for over 30 years! I am proud to be working alongside a team of dedicated and caring individuals who take great pride in providing expert dental services.
I love going to the beach and water parks with my daughters and grandsons. I enjoy photography, watching movies and seeing the beautiful sunsets at the beach.

I have been working for Dr. Allen since 1993. I cherish the friendships I have made while working for Dr. Allen both with patients and my co-workers. We have watched our children grow into adults and shared many memorable moments together. It is important to me to do the most we can for our patients and knowing we’ve done our best for someone puts a smile on my face at the end of the day!
When I’m not at work I enjoy being outside and going for long walks on Duneding Causeway; it’s a great way to end the day!

I have been a hygienist for nearly 30 years in this area. I enjoy our CDA practice and have been here 3 years. In my spare time I spend time with family and friends. I have 2 cats – Thelma & Louise. My passion is quilting. I make baby quilts for charity and donate to several hospitals in the area.

I have been in the dental field since 2003 and have experiences in working in both the front office and dental assisting. I enjoy utilizing my experiences to assist Dr. Kiskaddon in providing the highest quality care for our patients. I enjoy assisting in all aspects of general dentistry as well as providing an environment for patients to feel relaxed and comfortable. It is an honor to work with a caring team which takes pride in making each patient feel as family. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my 2 children and extended family. I am always guilty finding some kind of home improvement project.
