Our doctors and team are dedicated to our patients and committed to providing excellent care in a safe and comfortable environment.

Nolan W. Allen, DDS

Dr. Nolan W. Allen is a graduate of Indiana University and the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Allen served two years as a Captain in the United States Army Dental Corps, then moved to Clearwater and became a founding partner of Clearwater Dental Associates.

Matthew R. Burton, DMD

Dr. Burton is a Clearwater native and a proud graduate of Clearwater High School. His family has lived in Clearwater since the early 1960s. When he was eleven he started coming as a patient to CDA. He remembers being terrified of getting the “shot!” Much to his surprise, he didn’t feel anything! He is forever grateful to that dentist, Dr. David Bassett, for giving him such great care and introducing me to dentistry.

William P. Spencer, DMD

Born and raised in Clearwater, Dr. Spencer’s first time at Clearwater Dental Associates was as a patient. Those positive dental experiences inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry.

Maria Hernandez, DMD

Dr Maria C. Hernandez received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami. She completed her dental training at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1991, receiving a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. She finished an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of Florida in 1992 and served as assistant clinical professor for a five year period at the University of Florida residency clinic. Dr Hernandez joined Clearwater Dental Associates in 1992, shortly after finishing her residency.

Keith M. Kiskaddon, DMD

Dr. Kiskaddon is a Pinellas County native who practices comprehensive general dentistry. He is a graduate of Clearwater Christian College, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Medicine along with minors in Bible and Chemistry.

  My lower front tooth fell out when I was eating a boneless rib. I went to Dr Burton the next morning.  I had two different types of xrays taken without having to put any contraptions in my mouth.  Dr Burton gave me 3 choices I had to fix it. Since Janice had told me to bring the tooth in, I chose to have it cemented to the tooth beside it after Dr Burton gets the root out.  I have to go off blood thinners first and my doctor will advise Dr Burton.  I would never want to go to any other dentist.  I am really impressed with everyone at Clearwater Dental

  The dental cleaning technicians at Clearwater Dental Associates are wonderful.  I have sensitive teeth and frankly am a scaredy cat.  The staff put patients at ease and are very patient with the likes of me.  We recently moved a distance away BUT I'm never going to leave this practice.  Dr. Hernandez is wonderful.  It is extraordinary to find such a well-rounded and efficient practice.  Highly recommended.
