Dental insurance PPO plans are designed to offset the cost of your dental treatment, they do not cover 100% off all dental treatment. As a courtesy, we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. Whenever possible we file dental claims electronically to expedite the payment of the claim. We are contracted providers with Delta Dental Premier and Assurant. We will do our best to help you estimate the out of pocket cost for your dental treatment and maximize your dental benefit plan.

You will be responsible for payment in full of the estimated out of pocket portion for your dental treatment at the time of your visit. We accept checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for payment.

If you need additional financing, we also offer extended financing options through Care Credit or Florida Central Credit Union. Both companies offer several different financing options enabling you to arrange a financing schedule that best suits your needs, while completing your necessary dental treatment.
