As a courtesy, we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. However, we are not contracted providers with any insurance companies. In order for us to file your claim, we must have all of your current insurance information at your first visit.

Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

For your convenience we also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payment. We also have financing available through Care Credit and Capital One. Care Credit and Capital One offer several different financing options enabling you to arrange a financing schedule that best suites your needs, while completing your necessary dental treatment.
